It took me awhile to post this, but here is the newest addition to my tattoo collection. I got this at Anubis, a studio close to Haight and Ashbury in San Francisco (also the place I got my sugar skull tattoo). My brother got the same tattoo, only on his bicep.Now, before all of you tattoo skeptics start spouting your words of disapproval, let me guess what you're going to say:
- That is SO stupid!
- That is SO hoosier/hick!
- You won't be able to hide that when you're wearing a skirt or shorts!
- You're gonna regret that!
- Did you know that's PERMANENT?
- Anna, you're an idiot.
- Really? St. Louis? The place with the ridiculously high crime/STD rates, an unaccredited public school system, and blatant racial tension?
- No really, that's PERMANENT! You idiot!
I love this tattoo. I think the detail is incredible, it fits well on my calf, and I love having the same tattoo as my big brover. I'm especially excited to show it off at the Cardinals games this summer. Maybe Bonny and Jim Saraceno will jump on the bandwagon and get STL tattoos of their own!

wow, the city details at the bottom and the arch are crazy beautiful.
