Learning in the Digital Age

Last week I went to a lecture by John Seely Brown entitled "Learning in the Digital Age". The basic message of the lecture is that we need to allow social learning in and out of the classroom, embrace technology as a tool for learning, but also change the way we learn (through participation) so that we may successfully adapt to constant change in knowledge and technology.

Here are my notes from the lecture (in .pdf format).
