Now that we've gotten our business taken care of, I'll go on. Welcome Week is finally over. I've met a lot of really cool new residents, and I think that this year will be a lot better than last year. A lot of people are interested in becoming involved. An RA told me that during her floor meeting, part of the ice breaker was to say the nicest person they met at Collins this week, and one of her residents said me. Aww, I'm so nice. Alrighty, on with the pictures:

The theme for Collins Welcome Week was Wizard of Oz. Some people made a SWEET tin man out of cardboard and duct tape. The tin man and I became best friends.

I bought an electric piano from my good friend Timmy Swanger and his mama. She's a beaut'.

So many pretty keyyyys.

Here's a shot of our living room corner window. We were trying to have a more pompous apartment than Owen, so we're displaying all of the trophies that Amy's ever won on the window sill. We're also going for the 5-year-old look, so we have lots of pretty colors and hot wheels. And, of course, Blow-Up Betty is in the middle of everything.
That's it for pictures... I went on a ride the other day with Matt Fortman, Sam Ross, and John Palmer... all of whom are in MUCH better shape than me. But it motivated me to ride more because I really sucked.
OK, nap time before my next class.

Well, I think you know that the comment mentioning the cosmo was from your sweet adoring Mammy, right? But I don't know where those other "anonymous" commments came from...maybe those people were suffering from a wedgie, or had hemorrhoids...Don't feel bad; you're the one who has to be happy with your body desecrations, no matter what anyone else says...xoxoxo your faithful yet neurotic Mammy
Oooops..... My bad.... The "wash off" comment was a poor attempt at humor from the Papsicle. (As was the "shoot me now" comment from the previous post. Somehow I thought you could recognize my hand writing or voice or something. I'll identify me next time.
Just feel free to mutilate yourself anytime, it's fine by me! (I kid, I kid!)
BTW... Did I ever tell you, you are my favorite daughter?
